Some of the best childhood memories are from experiences at summer camp. The Roaring Fork Valley is home to more camps than you could possibly squeeze into a summer, but depending on the interests of your child, there is bound to be a camp that works. Both the Glenwood and Aspen Community Centers offer the most comprehensive collection of single and multi-day camp activities for kids, but all the camps listed below provide excellent safe experiences

Whether it’s a weekend camping trip or a week-long program on kayaking, the Glenwood Parks and Recreation Department has great programs for all ages throughout the summer. The local youth athletic programs like baseball, soccer and football are also run through their organization.
